René LALIQUE (1860-1945) - Lot 11
René LALIQUE (1860-1945) "The perfumes of Coty". Rare set including a plate accompanied by two rings attach-foulards, one in bronze, the other in 18k gold. In a frame under glass (38 x 50 cm) Note : In 1910, René Lalique collaborates with the house Coty and created this plate to decorate the box of samples of perfume. From this one, he imagines a ring for scarf which he shapes in brass (our specimen). He then draws a gold model. Our set thus presents two facets of René Lalique's work: artisanal art and industrial art.
