Louis MAJORELLE (1859-1926) - circa 1900 Mahogany and mahogany veneer dressing table, the top of kidney shape with butterfly wings inlaid decoration shelters a drawer in belt. Beveled psyche mirror resting on a curved base connected by a spacer plate. Ornamentation of gilded bronzes on the mirror's attachments, on the drawer's handle decorated with water lilies and on the feet's sabots stylizing orchids. Restorations to the spacer plate. 129 x 75 x 48 cm *Sold by designation
